Product Introduction
1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber
products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all
kinds of thermosetting rubber.
2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating
and heat transfer oil heating.
3. Automatic control : automatic mold closing , automatic
exhausting , automatic heating and keep stable temperature,
automatically timing for vulcanization , automatic alarming ,
automatic mold opening ,etc.
4. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and showed in the digital
displan . For example , if you need 250 C , just set250 C in the
digital panel .When it reaches your aimed temperature , the
temperature will stop to rise and keep stable.Sensor are installed
in the heating plate and connect with the temperature indicator in
the heating plate . It will show clear the temperature of every
heating plate.
5. frame plate is made of high quality 45 steel . The hardness ,
wear resistance and abrasive resistance is high improved by
quenching and tempering.The pillar will be plated with chrome.
6. The machine can be customized according to the needs of
customers.
Structural Features:
1. The plate vulcanizing press is comprised of hot plates, plates,
upper and lower platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic
station, and electrical control system. It can be optionally
equipped with a push-pull mold device for easy mold movement on the
machine.
2. The plates are constructed using welded Q235 steel plates. They
undergo mechanical ball blast rust removal, followed by zinc-rich
series paint spraying. The plates are then subjected to stress
relief through shaking before entering the mechanical production
process.
3. The hot plates are made from 35# steel plates. They undergo
normalizing treatment and are then rolled with double scales. An
electric control valve system is incorporated to achieve automatic
temperature adjustment during the curing process.
4. The upper and lower platforms are constructed using Q235 steel
plates. To ensure precision, an automatic cutting and beveling
process is employed, followed by mechanical slicing and carbon
dioxide gas shielded welding. The entire structure is then
subjected to post-welding heat treatment to eliminate welding
stress.
5. The hydro-cylinder utilizes ZG270-500, while the piston stroke
is made of hard cold-chilled alloy cast iron. The sealing structure
features a combined design with double sealing rings and a
dustproof ring to ensure extended service life.
6. The electrical control system adopts PLC automatic control,
enabling automatic mold closing, mold opening, and gas release
operations. The plate vulcanizing press can also be switched to
manual control when necessary.
