1st: Details Instruction:

3.1 The plate welding with Q235 steel, through machinery shot blasting, spraying zinc-rich lacquer, rapping into machining to eliminate stress.

3.2 Hot plate is of dual sizing rolls and processing by 45# steel plates through normalization treatment; The steam inlet of each hot plate is provided with a group of electric valves which automatically adjust the temperature of the steam; To meet the vulcanization process requirements, at the front of the intake manifold plus the bypass valve. 3.3 The up and down the platform is of Q235 steel. 3.5 Front and rear sliding mold device using hydraulic sliding or mechanical sliding two ways, can bear any weight of the mold.

3.6 Electric control system adopts PLC full automatic control, can be achieving automatic clamping, open mould, exhaust settings, and can also be converted to manual control.
