Double Vulcanizing Press Features two independent vulcanizing stations working without mutual interference. Hydraulic drive with PLC intelligent control enables alternating operation to raise output. 1. Two independent stations work alternately. One station performs vulcanization while the other loads/unloads molds, reducing waiting time and nearly doubling output compared with single presses.
2. It adopts PLC touch screen independent control system. Temperature, pressure and vulcanization time of left and right stations can be set separately, featuring simple operation and intuitive parameter adjustment.
3. The four-column hydraulic structure provides balanced and stable pressure with high temperature control precision. It ensures uniform vulcanization for forklift solid tires and trolley tires, delivering consistent appearance and performance.
4. Two vulcanizing units are integrated as one set. Compared with two separate single presses, it saves workshop area. The centralized heating system reduces overall energy consumption.
5. It is mainly used for vulcanization of various solid tires, and can also process many molded rubber products. Electric heating and steam heating modes are available for customization.
