Details Description:
1. Rolls: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness
68~72HS. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and
are hollowed for cooling or heating.
2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: Nip adjustment at two roller ends
is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass
housing body.
3. Roll Cooling: Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes
with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe
terminal.
4. Equipped with emergency braking device. In case of emergency,
automatic braking is safe and reliable.
5. Hard tooth gear box is used to drive the drum, with low noise
and long service life.
6. In order to save manpower and facilitate operation, the roll gap
is adjusted by worm gear.

Packing and Shipping
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with
stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden
packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control
box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then
packed in wooden cases.
