Application

Electrical Control System
Complete control system including wiring, cables, and safety
protection devices. Uses automatic time relay to achieve automatic
close mold, exhaust, stuffy, vulcanization time, supplement
pressure, and open mold working processes. Easy switching between
automatic and manual control.
Production Capacity
This rubber tiles vulcanizer features 4 working layers, capable of
producing 8 pieces of rubber floor per hour. Working layers can be
customized according to customer needs. Includes manual push-out
device and supports molds from 20mm to 75mm thickness.
